"People"! President Obama's speech isn't loaded onto the teleprompter. . .

and the result is hilarious.  Alternative heading - 'There's never a teleprompter around when you need one'.  While most people would have talked off the cuff, extemporaneously, this President needs his speech loaded onto the teleprompter.  What do you think?
